“Bay Stabilisation work”

“Excellent from start to finish. I needed my Bay stabilising and Jim is very knowledgable and identified the problem and solution quickly. Jim and his team came on time and were very professional. They strapped my bay back to the main house, reinforced my lower bay windows, carried out crack stitching work to the bay brickwork and replaced the lead flashings. All done with minimum fuss or hassle. Would definitely recommend and if needed I would definitely use LRBS again!!”

“Exellent Service and workmanship from LRBS”

“Our outside wall was found to be moving and cracks were showing in the brickwork above the entrance door lintels. Jim Devlin and his team fitted joist straps to the inside joists and to the wall and fitted helibars outside over the door lintels and replaced faulty brickwork. In the process we discovered that parts of the landing were affected by woodworm. Jim and his team not only replaced faulty floorboards and treaded the woodworm free of charge, they also fitted joist straps in the roof space at no extra cost. All the work was carried out expertly and in the time we were quoted. In the run-up, we had two detailed consultations with Jim and were kept informed at all times. We are very satisfied and would re-employ LRBS for similar works. Highly recommended.”

“If Carlsberg made builders……. It would most certainly be Jim and his team.
We had recently been let down by another builder and phoned Jim (LRBS Owner) who met us at our property and listened to what we wanted. We talked about our plans and designs for some major structural work. Jim understood our concerns and made us feel at ease.
We have basically had the LRBS team remove the back of our house and support this with a steel, and through the whole process it was evident that the LRBS team knew exactly what they were doing. With Jim project managing, nothing was left to chance, nothing forgotten and nothing done by half measure.
Most important to Jim was our well-being and feeling comfortable in our house while the work was going on. They were clean (beyond belief) tidy and considerate on when we were in the property and nothing was too much trouble for them.
