“Excellent Service and workmanship from LRBS
Our outside wall was found to be moving and cracks were showing in the brickwork above the entrance door lintels. Jim Devlin and his team fitted joist straps to the inside joists and to the wall and fitted helibars outside over the door lintels and replaced faulty brickwork. In the process we discovered that parts of the landing were affected by woodworm. Jim and his team not only replaced faulty floorboards and treaded the woodworm free of charge, they also fitted joist straps in the roof space at no extra cost. All the work was carried out expertly and in the time we were quoted. In the run-up, we had two detailed consultations with Jim and were kept informed at all times. We are very satisfied and would re-employ LRBS for similar works. Highly recommended.”
